Crew Member — Jimmy John’s
Starting Pay: $14–$15/hr (based on experience) ($16-$17/hr with tips)
Locations: Boca Raton
We’re hiring Crew Members to join our fast-paced Jimmy John’s team. If you work hard, show up, and bring a great attitude, this can turn into much more than a basic job.
We are the largest Jimmy John’s franchisee in South Florida, and we’re growing fast. Many of our managers started as Crew Members — if you want to move up, we will train you.
What You’ll Do
- Make sandwiches the Jimmy John’s way (fast, clean, consistent)
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Work as part of a team during busy rushes
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Help with prep, stocking, and daily tasks
- Support in-shop and drive-thru operations (select locations)
