This position is for a hands on manager. This role involves daily slicing and daily prep work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth service flow
• Operate POS system
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety protocols across all food handling activities
• Slicing required (Meats, Cheese and Veggies)

Skills

• Proven experience in food service management, including supervising teams in quick service
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training
• Ability to handle cash accurately
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Familiarity with hospitality management principles including shift management, food handling, and restaurant operations
• Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience within the food industry is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Application Question(s):

• Do you have weekend (Sunday) and PM availability? This is a flex position. Hours are generally from 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM with one open per week (Sundays 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) . Weekends (Sunday) are required. This location is closed Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is open all other Holidays.
