As an Inshop, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Assist with cleaning tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Utilize PDQ POS system for order processing
- Promote sales of menu items and upsell additional products or services
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with PDQ POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Weekend Policy:
- Required to at least have one day/night available for weekends, but not both unless preferred!
