Requirements
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory retail role with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills for effective team management
- Knowledge of retail math, inventory control, merchandising, and store management practices
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales operations
