Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts

- Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer service and hospitality
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Control inventory levels, monitor food safety practices, and manage food handling procedures
- Assist with shift management, scheduling staff, and ensuring adequate coverage during busy periods
- Support management in budgeting, cost control, and maintaining operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation protocols
- Participate in interviewing prospective employees and contribute to staff hiring decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service or fast food environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training & development skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Ability to oversee food safety standards and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes
- Prior casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable; banquet or catering background is a plus
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
