Join our fast-paced, upbeat team at Jimmy Jacks Wings & Burgers in Phoenix, AZ! We’re a small local restaurant looking for a reliable, motivated Team Member who can handle both cook and cashier duties. You’ll be cross-trained and play a key role in both the kitchen and the front counter.
Schedule & Availability
- 3 days as a Cook
- 2 days as a Cashier
- Should be available to work nights, especially Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Morning shift: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Night shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Should be flexible and willing to cover other shifts when needed (we do not offer time-off approvals, team members swap shifts directly)
Training Expectations
- Cashier training: 1 week (morning shifts)
- Cook training: 2 weeks (mostly night shifts, some mornings)
- By the end of the third week, team members are expected to work mostly independently and manage about 80% of the kitchen on their own.
- The remaining 20% may involve occasional questions or rare menu items, but you should be confident handling daily operations on your own.
- We move quickly — this is a fast-paced environment where initiative and consistency matter.
What We’re Looking For
- Age 18
- Bilingual (English Spanish) required to communicate effectively with our customers
- Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train someone who learns fast and takes initiative
- Fast, focused, and quality-driven in the kitchen
- Friendly and customer-oriented at the counter
- Dependable and able to stay busy without being constantly told what to do
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Christmas Eve — One Shift
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Christmas Day — Two Shifts
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
New Year’s Eve — One Shift
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
New Year’s Day — Two Shifts
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
