Job Summary:
The Secretary/Receptionist is the first point of contact for our Car Dealership, providing exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and staff. This role involves managing front desk operations, supporting the sales and service teams to ensure smooth dealership operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
- Schedule appointments for sales consultations, service visits, and follow-ups.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.73 - $25.85 per hour
