Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Stock Associate position located in Miami, FL. The Stock Associate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory to ensure accurate stock levels. Daily tasks include processing incoming shipments, communicating with team members regarding inventory needs, assisting in loss prevention efforts, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of stock areas. The Stock Associate may also assist in delivering excellent customer service by supporting sales staff when needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control processes
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
- Customer Service skills, with an ability to assist customers when required
- Attention to detail and ability to keep stock areas organized and efficient
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holiday shifts
- Prior experience in retail or warehouse environments is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
