Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in Rosemont, IL. The Sales Associate will represent the Jimmy Choo brand by delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities include assisting clients in the selection of luxury products, maintaining a professionally presented retail environment, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Additional responsibilities include providing product knowledge, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse clients and provide a memorable shopping experience
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to effectively conduct Training sessions and mentor team members to develop their skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting store objectives
- Prior experience in luxury retail or the fashion industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of high-end luxury brands and a passion for fashion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
