- Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and support clerical tasks including proofreading and document preparation
- Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, organization of files, and maintaining office cleanliness
- Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity
- Utilize productivity software like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer skills to complete daily tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration, front desk reception, or related clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and general technical proficiency
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer support and phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, filing systems, and bookkeeping is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
