About Us

Jimenez Produce is a fast-growing produce distributor serving independent restaurants across the Gulf Coast. We provide high-quality fresh produce and specialty items to restaurants, markets, and cafés. We’re expanding our Alabama sales team and looking for a motivated Territory Manager who’s hungry to grow their income through performance.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and sign new independent restaurant accounts in Ozark and nearby cities.
• Build and manage your own book of business through consistent weekly visits.
• Maintain relationships, launch new products, set pricing, and help customers optimize orders.
• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Meet and exceed weekly goals for visits, new accounts, and sales growth.
• Represent Jimenez Produce professionally in the field.

What You Bring

• 1 year of foodservice, restaurant supply, route, or outside sales experience.
• Self-starter attitude and strong prospecting skills.
• Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Comfortable cold calling and visiting businesses daily.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required).
• Basic pricing/math skills (cost → price → margin).

Typical Day

• Visit accounts daily across Lafayette and surrounding towns.
• Present pricing, samples, and delivery options.
• Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
• Expand your territory and income with each new account.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
