Responsibilities:
- Pressure cleaning the front of buildings including, windows, pillars, doors and sidewalks at shopping center locations
- Able to communicate with store management and employees as well as crew members
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a FAST PACED, PHYSICALLY DEMANDING environment & able to lift 50 lbs., stoop, bend, and stand for extended lengths of time
- All work is done at NIGHT in the store parking lot (approximately 8:00pm - until job is completed)
- Live within 25 miles of 13366 South Military Trail, Delray Beach, FL, where we park our truck
- Smartphone is required for voice and data communication with field management
- Able to work a 4 night work week. Other assignments may be required on a 5th or 6th night as needed
- Must be 21 years of age to drive a Jimco Maintenance provided vehicle
Qualifications:
- Experience with pressure washing and using a Surface Cleaner is a plus
- Fairly clean driving record. WE DO run a 5 year pre-employment MVR. Must have an active driver's license.
- Able to pass a drug test & verification of Social Security number plus a full background check
- Ability to handle a Ford F250 pulling a trailer
- We are seeking workers who like to work with their hands, have strong customer communication skills and are committed to customer service
Other:
- We provide parking for the truck, storage for parts and supply the equipment necessary to do the job
- Jimco provides 6 weeks of on the job training at full pay
