General Description:
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of all commercial technicians; assist in selling goods and services to customers; dispatch and coordinate service for customers at customer facilities or for road service.
Duties Include:
· Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.
· Monitor work levels and review performance.
· Recommend personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, discharges, and discipline.
· Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges, and returns, and security practices.
· Meet with vendors and suppliers regarding commercial service products.
· Oversee completion of work, using equipment such as hand tools or gauges to verify compliance with standards.
· Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or safety violations.
· Investigate accidents/injuries and prepare reports of findings.
· Maintain hazmat book per OSHA.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
· Position requires continuous standing, bending, lifting and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
