- Help grow the agency through community event participation, networking with local professionals, building a referral network “center of influence”
- Use telemarketing and outreach to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Brand the agency and yourself on social media in a professional, consistent way.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our database for every customer interaction.
- Manage priorities and workflows to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses (must possess or able to acquire prior to office training)
- State Farm or other agency experience preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and critical-thinking skills.
- Coachable and receptive to performance feedback.
- Self-motivated, positive, and accountable for results.
- Friendly, empathetic, patient, and service-oriented.
- Ability to work all day using a phone and computer.
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
