Responsibilities
- Perform final quality control inspections on completed vehicles before delivery
- Verify repairs were completed properly and vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for pickup
- Road test vehicles as needed to confirm repair quality and vehicle performance
- Check warning lights, fluid levels, basic functions, and overall workmanship
- Identify incomplete or missed items and communicate them clearly with technicians and service advisors
- Help maintain consistency in repair quality and delivery standards
- Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Contribute to a productive, team-focused service department
- Automotive service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Basic mechanical understanding and ability to identify concerns
- Ability to communicate clearly with technicians and service advisors
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
