- Assist technicians and customers with parts lookup and ordering
- Provide accurate and timely parts support for the service department
- Maintain organized inventory and parts records
- Receive, stock, and track parts as needed
- Communicate clearly regarding availability, delays, and special orders
- Help ensure the parts department operates efficiently and professionally
- Support internal teamwork and customer satisfaction through reliable service
- Parts experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Basic computer competencies
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license preferred
