Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent Customer Service
• Basic computer competencies
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Automotive or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in presenting recommendations in a professional manner
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and help determine service needs
• Prepare and manage repair orders, estimates, and approvals
• Communicate service recommendations, timelines, and updates clearly
• Coordinate with technicians and service team to ensure smooth workflow
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
