Marketing/Events & Sales Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events for all five businesses.
• Manage social media content and posting schedules.
• Create flyers, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate email and text marketing campaigns.
• Work with local chambers, nonprofits, and community partners.
• Update websites and online listings.
• Organize sponsorships and vendor relationships.
• Photograph or coordinate photo/video content.
• Track marketing calendars, deadlines, and event logistics.
• Report monthly on marketing performance and event attendance.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years of marketing or event planning experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp (or similar), and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable attending evening or weekend events as needed.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple brands simultaneously.
