We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, air brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems for heavy trucks and semi's.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, shocks & struts replacement, wheel alignments, and HVAC system servicing.
- Fabricate parts or modify existing components using welding and hand tools to meet specific repair or customization needs.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
- Assist with vehicle assembly or disassembly processes when necessary for repairs or upgrades.
Experience
- Skilled in automotive diagnostics, electrical system repair, welding, soldering, and the use of power tools.
- Familiarity with schematics for hydraulics, transmissions, suspension systems, HVAC units, and vehicle electrical wiring.
- Hands-on experience with tire service, heavy lifting techniques, alignment procedures, and vehicle maintenance for truck drivers or fleet operations.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients or team members.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards at all times.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
