- Assist with daily restaurant operations, including working with other staff, ensuring smooth shift transitions, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Oversee food preparation and food safety protocols to guarantee quality and compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize Online Ordering systems such as Square, Ubereats, Doordash, Grubhub and Slice!
- Work with food handling, customer service, and operational procedures to help foster a positive and fun environment.
- Support kitchen management by coordinating food production, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Proven experience in restaurant operations with a strong background in food service operations.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with Online ordering systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills to communicate with fellow staff and enhance customer satisfaction.
