Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners in their residences to offer expert advice on HVAC equipment options and designs, both for new installations and replacements
- Employ a consultative sales approach to help customers find the optimal heating and cooling solutions tailored to their needs
- Demonstrate a commitment to resolving home comfort issues and enhancing customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Charismatic personality and outstanding communication skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Willingness to adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities
- Proficiency in sales techniques with a strong focus on customer service and follow-up.
- Exemplary professionalism in all interactions
- Comfortable using computer applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with HVAC and construction industries preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Successful completion of drug and background screenings
