What You’ll Do:

• Grow your territory by identifying, targeting, and signing new retail partners

• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

• Represent JFW with professionalism, enthusiasm, and hustle

• Use tools like Salesforce to track activity and pipeline

• Conduct in-person visits, virtual meetings, and calls to engage accounts

• Travel up to 50% overnight per month across your territory

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor Degree preferred

• Must reside within the territory

• We’re looking for someone that is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and relentless

• Has excellent communication skills - both face-to-face and virtually

• Is highly organized and manages multiple accounts with ease

• Is experienced in sales or retail (formalwear is a bonus!)

• Is comfortable traveling frequently (you love the open road!)

• Strong in persuasion, negotiation, and active listening

• Knowledge of sales strategies, customer service, and territory management

• Able to think critically and and adapt quickly to changing situations
