Duties
- Manage all aspects of production operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution to meet output targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols in all activities.
- Oversee the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is operating efficiently and safely, addressing mechanical issues promptly.
- Lead efforts in training staff on manufacturing procedures, safety standards, and proper equipment handling, including heavy lifting techniques.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze data for process improvements, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all shifts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing management or a similar leadership role within a production environment.

- Ability to lead diverse teams effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during shift operations.
