Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Service Representative, located in Waukon, IA. The role includes assisting customers with appliance purchases, providing knowledgeable recommendations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also involve maintaining showroom displays, processing sales and service transactions, and coordinating with service technicians to handle customer service requests. The representative will also submit warranty claims and payments.
