Hours: Monday & Thursday 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM | Tuesday–Friday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Possible Saturdays

Jim Riehl’s Friendly CDJR of Lapeer is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, outgoing BDC Representative to join our award-winning team! You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers — helping them schedule appointments, explore their options, and discover why so many Lapeer drivers choose to shop local with us.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to online inquiries through phone, text, and email to schedule appointments
• Follow up with recent showroom visitors and lease customers
• Assist with acquisition leads and inbound phone inquiries
• Support customer satisfaction goals (CSI) by delivering a top-tier experience
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to keep communication seamless
