- Respond to online inquiries through phone, text, and email to schedule appointments
- Follow up with recent showroom visitors and lease customers
- Assist with acquisition leads and inbound phone inquiries
- Support customer satisfaction goals (CSI) by delivering a top-tier experience
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to keep communication seamless
