Duties
- Engage with pre-qualified leads provided by the company to identify client needs and preferences in residential real estate transactions
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to advise clients on property values, market trends, and neighborhood insights
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial client consultation through offer negotiation and deal closing
- Utilize sales technology and CRM systems to track client interactions, follow-ups, and transaction progress efficiently
- Negotiate offers confidently, ensuring fair housing regulations are adhered to while maximizing client benefits
- Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication, active listening, and personalized service
- Coordinate with other industry professionals such as inspectors, lenders, and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions
