The BOH Key Hourly is responsible for the overall successful execution of a shift in the Kitchen. Tasks & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Monitor sanitation and safety practices to ensure employees follow company standards and regulations
- Utilize standard recipes, Build-To Charts, and standard plating procedures to monitor preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food to ensure product is within Jim ‘N Nick’s standards.
- Check quantity and quality of all raw materials received in deliveries.
- Determine and verify protein loads using CrunchTime, product and sales forecasts.
- Lead and interact with the BOH staff during shift
- Monitor BOH Opening and Closing duties
- Monitor equipment and workstations and communicate any issues with Manager on Duty
- Write Daily lineup notes
