The Physical Stuff: This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8 hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
