Associate Attorney

Jim Leach LC, an established top-tier personal injury firm, is hiring an entry-level associate attorney. This is a full-time, on-site role with a clear path to advancement, including a partnership track.

You'll join a collaborative litigation team handling personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Day to day, you'll build rapport with clients, negotiate with adjusters and opposing counsel, and produce the written work that drives cases forward. We're a results-oriented environment, and new attorneys are given real responsibility early.

• J.D. and admission (or pending admission) to the bar
• Strong academic performance, with demonstrated analytical and logical reasoning ability
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable establishing client rapport and working directly with adjusters and opposing counsel
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Reliability and a strong work ethic

Prior legal experience is not required.
