What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mount, balance, and install tires with precision and care.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid flushes and replacements, belt and hose replacements, battery testing and installation, and general automotive repairs.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of vehicles and accurately document any findings.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of shop equipment, including servicing portable fluid drains according to shop protocols.
- Actively expands automotive knowledge and technical skills to support long-term career development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop operations and team success.
What You'll Bring with You:
- Basic understanding of automotive systems; experience with PC-based diagnostic tools and/or digital inspections are a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance or repair is preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license is strongly preferred.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to push, pull, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
