The job duties of an Mobile Service Technician include:
- Travel to customer homes and businesses using the Fugate Ford Mobile Service van to perform on-site repairs and maintenance
- Complete scheduled services, recalls, diagnostics, and software updates in the field
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds lasting satisfaction and loyalty
- Plan and prepare each day's appointments with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers informed
- Document all services and repairs accurately on repair orders
- Stay current with Ford technical service bulletins and complete required training
- Operate and maintain the Mobile Service van safely and responsibly
- Adapt to varying work environments and weather conditions with a professional demeanor
This is an entry level service technician position and requires completion of general maintenance service instruction or experience. Additional training is available and required for advancement.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
