Summary
We are seeking an Airport Manager to join our team at Airport Security Parking, an off-airport parking facility in San Antonio, TX. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of our airport parking facilities. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to providing a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. This position is a hands-on position, primarily outdoors in all elements of weather, with some desk duties.

Our Manager role is a key part of our operations leadership team, assisting our leaders in day -to-day operations of the facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the facility and feel, as well as helping to hire, train and manage our amazing team members!
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the airport parking facility and shuttle services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Supervise and train team members to uphold company standards.
- Lead, manage, plan, and implement staffing schedules. Respond accordingly if a shift needs to be filled (direct contact with team members).
- Manager will be cross trained in all positions which include: Check In/Check Out, shuttle driving and passenger bus operations.
- Oversee parking operations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor and implement effective revenue control procedures, assist with daily data entry of revenue reports.
- Compile and interpret reports on a daily basis for the operation of the facility.
- Communicate effectively with customers and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with management to implement improvements in operations and fleet management.
- Monitor facility maintenance and address any issues as they arise.
Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Education Required: High School Graduate.
- A minimum of 1 year proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the parking/transportation or hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Great leadership capabilities with experience in conflict management and resolution.
- Ability to manage cash handling processes accurately.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Passenger bus driving experience is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

- Availability to work: Special shift requirements may very depending on needs. Availability to cover shifts and/or work weekends may be required.
