You will manage, train and direct a team of Sales Representatives and lead your sales management team with a professional management style that sets an example of enthusiasm, productivity and accountability.

DUTIES:

• Drive sales!!!
• Possess a proven track record of success as a Sales Manager/Sales Desk Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership.
• Train and build a strong, high performing sales team.
• Ability to motivate a team to excel in all areas.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores.
• Assist sales team with customer interactions.
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• MUST have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude!!

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years Sales Manager/Sales Desk Manager or F & I Manager.

• Job stability required.
• Proven track record.
• Strong record of consistent positive Customer Satisfaction results.
• Team-oriented.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
