- Efficiently perform work specified on the repair order in accordance with dealership quality standards.
- Utilize up-to-date diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test-drive vehicles and components.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
- Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and offer recommendations on additional maintenance or repairs.
- Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer policies and procedures.
- Interact with the Service Advisor and/or Service Manager.
- Achieve & Maintain GM Technician Training Master Certification(s).
- Prior experience in Auto Repair is essential.
- GM experience is advantageous, but not required.
- Completion of a Certified Auto Tech training program is a bonus.
- ASE certifications are beneficial.
- NYS Motor Vehicle Inspectors License is required.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality are necessary.
- Reliable transportation to work is a must.
- Ability to work effectively in a customer-focused team.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen & background check.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.
