Position Summary
The Express Service Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services and light repairs efficiently while maintaining Subaru factory standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior dealership or independent shop experience looking for growth and long-term career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Conduct tire rotations, tire repairs, and tire replacements
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
- Replace cabin air filters, engine air filters, and wiper blades
- Test and replace batteries
- Perform fluid exchanges and fluid top-offs
- Inspect brakes, suspension, belts, and hoses
- Perform scheduled maintenance services according to manufacturer recommendations
- Properly document services performed and inspection findings
- Recommend needed maintenance through service advisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures
Qualifications
- Dealership experience preferred
- Subaru experience is a plus
- Basic automotive diagnostic knowledge preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Own basic tools preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- 40 hours per week (7:45am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday, 1 hour lunch)
