Overview
Jilly'z Angels LLC is a successful, locally owned small business with an outstanding reputation for delivering quality work and exceeding client expectations. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person that can jump right in with a “can-do” attitude.
Main duties will include cleaning 3-4 residential homes during the week days, between the hours of 9AM-3PM.
Cleaning 2-3 local businesses while they’re closed over the weekend.
Cleaning approx. 1-2 apartment turnovers a month as needed.
This position will also include a few hours each week personally assisting the owner with tasks such as errands, inventory, purchasing supplies, light bookkeeping, packing, moving, painting, yard-work and assisting with the setup/running a large estate sale over the summer.
We can tailor this position to suite your needs and interests. Very unique opportunity for the right individual that could potentially lead into a business partnership.
Flexible scheduling, you pick the days and hours you want to work and you can change it from week to week.
15-25 hours a week minimum.
Base wage $15-$20/hr paid weekly. Performance review & wage increase after 6 months.
Monthly cash bonuses up to $5/hr for working scheduled shifts and arriving on-time.

Responsibilities:
- Attention to detail, time management and customer satisfaction are paramount
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas per client specs
- Safe use of cleaning supplies and equipment and keep things organized
- Excellent customer service
- Uphold quality standards at every job within time allocated
- Work solo or with a partner at multiple locations in St. Cloud and surrounding areas typically within 30 miles
Requirements:
- You must be a trustworthy, honest person and be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Strong work ethic and impeccable attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, motivated and a positive attitude are key.
- Able to perform physical work (bending, kneeling, lifting 25 lbs.)
- Experience in cleaning, janitorial or housekeeping is preferred but we're willing to train the right individuals.
