The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their visit is comfortable and memorable. As a Guest Service Associate, you will represent our spa and be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about services, products and amenities.
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Proven experience in guest relations, front desk operations, or hospitality management
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
