Jill’s House is seeking Overnight Direct Support Professionals to care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in our fully accessible facility in Vienna, Virginia just outside of Washington, DC.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 years of experience working in a direct care role and with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities required.
- Must have an interest in serving the ID/D community.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Must have patience and good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Physical strength and stamina to help individuals transition into bed.
- Must affirm the McLean Bible Church Vision and Values as well as abide by the Standards of Christian Conduct. (See attached)

The Direct Support Professional is responsible for:
- The guidance and supervision of individuals to whom they are assigned.
- Performing a combination of basic care, assistance with activities of daily living, and activity guidance in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Following each client’s service plan and create a positive, engaging and fun experience for all participants.
Available Shifts:
- Friday, 6 pm - 7 am
- Saturday, 6 pm, 7 am
