Jill Gaba State Farm Agency is hiring an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member to help grow our award-winning office. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective and current customers, help them understand their coverage options, and build long-term relationships that drive the business forward.

What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Prospect for new business through calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up
- Recommend insurance solutions based on each customer’s needs
- Assist customers with applications, renewals, and policy reviews
- Handle customer questions and provide timely responses
- Maintain accurate records and stay organized with follow-up
- Work closely with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
- Sales-minded, competitive, and motivated by results
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred
- Willingness to get licensed if not already licensed
Compensation
$55,000 - $75,000 per year
Base salary commissions bonuses

Our office is located in Northfield, Ohio and proudly serves customers throughout Northeast Ohio, including Twinsburg, Hudson, Macedonia, Brecksville, Cleveland, and Akron.
