The Role
We are hiring Field Technicians – Fiber & MDU Infrastructure to join our core delivery team in Memphis. This is a hands-on position for technicians who care about craftsmanship, accountability, and building infrastructure and long-term impact.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Execute fiber-centric site surveys and pre-install assessments
- Install, route, terminate, and validate MDU fiber infrastructure, including exterior and interior pathways, building terminals and enclosures, and unit drops
- Ensure installations meet long-term infrastructure standards, not short-term fixes
- Support structured cabling and related low-voltage work where it directly supports fiber delivery
- Maintain clean, labeled, professional installations
- Communicate clearly with internal project leadership
- Accurately document work and close scopes responsibly
- Represent Jiggsa and our clients professionally on every site
