Senior Mechanic – Fishers, IN
Take the Lead in Our New Multicare Bays
We're expanding in Fishers, IN, and looking for a skilled Automotive Mechanic/Technician to run our Multicare bay. This is our best facility, featuring two brand-new repair bays, upgraded equipment, and a strong, established team.
You'll run your own bay with full support. Bring your tools; we provide all major shop tools and equipment.
Compensation & Earning Potential
Guaranteed Annual Earnings
Your income is protected and rewarded:
- $70,000 minimum annually when you average $6,000/week in Multicare sales
• $55,000 minimum annually when you average $3,000/week in Multicare sales
Reviewed quarterly. If you earn more, you keep more.
Base Pay Overtime
- $15/hr base
• Up to 10 OT hours/week available
• Weekly base with OT: – 40 hrs × $15 = $600 – 10 hrs × $22.50 = $225 – Total: $825/week
Commission Structure
- 10% commission on Multicare repair work
• $5 per tire sold
What That Looks Like Weekly
- At $6,000/week in Multicare sales → ~$1,425/week total
• At $3,000/week → ~$1,125/week total
Most mechanics earn $55,000–$80,000 depending on sales volume and OT.
Simple Example
- $8,000 in Multicare sales over two weeks = $800 commission (paid on top of base pay)

Who We're Looking For
- Experienced tech (2 years preferred)
• ASE certs a bonus, not required
• Strong diagnostics customer service
• Valid driver's license
• Team player willing to support lube shop when needed
• Has personal tools; shop equipment provided
