JIFFY LUBE is currently hiring customer service advisors. Individuals hired are responsible for providing an excellent service experience for our customers by safely and properly processing all requested services - oil changes, transmission services, A/C services, etc. This job is conducted in a fast pace environment where multi-tasking skills are required.
Customer service advisors are responsible for assessing the needs of vehicles, persuasively communicating such needs to customers, and ensuring that all customers are treated fairly and transparently.
