In need of an experienced automotive service center store manager. This role is customer facing. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, employee management experience, and automotive service experience.
Job duties:
- Oversee daily operations of a fast paced, high volume automotive service center
- Coach and train team members
- Create weekly schedule to manage labor cost effectively
- Provide excellent customer service
- Track inventory usage, order inventory
- Ensure safety compliance
- Troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Maintain and service equipment as needed
