Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or restaurant setting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided if necessary.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with guests positively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.
