Join Our Team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Enrollment Specialist
Are you hardworking, dependable, and good with people? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Enrollment Specialist team in Allentown, PA.
No previous enrollment experience is required — training is provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Speak with prospective customers and answer questions about enrollment
- Help prospective customers understand their program and enrollment options
- Follow up with interested individuals by phone and other communication methods
- Guide prospective customers through the enrollment process
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Maintain accurate records and complete required follow-ups
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
