Excellent PhDs at home and abroad are sincerely invited to join. We welcome PhD applications with interdisciplinary backgrounds. Research directions include but are not limited to the following fields:

Main fields: new generation information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, biomedicine, new energy vehicles, new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, biological breeding, digital creativity, and other hard technology fields.

Biomedicine: cell therapy, molecular immunity, biopharmaceuticals, drug development, etc.

New energy and materials: energy storage materials, photovoltaics, hydrogen energy, advanced manufacturing, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent and/or collaborative scientific research

• Publish high-quality academic papers in peer-reviewed journals

• Apply for international research funding

• Supervise graduate students or junior researchers (if applicable)

• Collaborate with domestic and international teams to drive research-to-industry translation

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $100,000 – $300,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Research Startup Funding: Up to $400,000

Housing & Settlement Support: Up to $400,000 (for talent housing, rental subsidies, or

property purchase assistance)

Additional Support Includes:

Candidate Requirements

• PhD degree from a globally recognized university (preferably QS Top 200) or leading research institution

• Strong academic background and independent research capabilities

• Demonstrated record of publications or project leadership

• Willingness to collaborate with Chinese academic or industrial partners

• Open to applicants of all nationalities
