• Conduct high-level independent or collaborative research

Compensation & Support

• 💰 Annual Salary: $40,000 – $250,000 (negotiable)
• 🚀 Startup Funding: Up to $400,000
• 🏠 Housing/Relocation Support: Up to $400,000
• 🛠️ Full support for visa, residence, healthcare, children's education, and relocation

Career Tracks

• Academic: Lecturer → Professor
• Research: Assistant → Senior Scientist → Group Leader

Candidate Requirements

• PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Degree from a top global university (QS Top 200 preferred)
