What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Assistant position at Ji Orthodontics?
We are an established orthodontic office looking for the right candidates to join our team in a friendly and relaxed environment!
THIS POSITION IS FOR TUESDAYS ONLY! 7:45-5:00 pm
We are willing to train the right candidate for this position. EARN MONEY WHILE LEARNING A NEW TRADE......FOR FREE!
Experience, either orthodontic or general dental assisting preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED! Candidates WITH experience will be nicely compensated.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- escort patients to and from treatment room and prepping them for care by the doctor
- assists the doctor with clinical procedures by passing instruments, mixing materials and medicament during exams or treatment
- take patient photos and digital scans
- give oral hygiene instructions
- deliver retainers to patient
- prepare treatment rooms (set up, decontamination, sterilization of all instruments, cleaning and restocking)
- *ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED OCCASIONALLY AT EMPLOYERS DISCRETION.
