Job Summary
This is a full-time, in office role for a Logistics Coordinator ("LC") at JHR Solutions in Moon, PA. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all operational activities to support the "life cycle of a load", including but not limited to, building customer rapport , quoting, order entry, carrier procurement, tracking and tracing with all customer updates done proactively. This person is extremely organized, has a high motor and the ability to prioritize and knock down multiple tasks in a given day. The LC is crucial to ensuring we provide a high level of service to our customers.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Task management and prioritization
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects effectively
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry, preferred
- Proficiency with G-Suite/Microsoft Office is a bonus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is preferred
