What You’ll Do
- Lead Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations in HR, finance, IT, marketing, and administration to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the Managing Partner to execute our firm’s vision, develop budgets, and monitor performance.
- Build & Refine Processes: Enhance policies and procedures that support accountability, operational excellence, and firm-wide success.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, internal reporting, financial analysis, and strategic financial planning.
- Empower Our People: Foster integration and collaboration among teams, and help develop a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive Key Decisions: Contribute to major firm initiatives including pricing strategy, compensation, recruiting, succession planning, and risk management.
- Represent JHM: Build relationships within the industry and with business partners to ensure our continued growth and reputation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven success in an operational leadership role (COO, Director of Operations, or similar), ideally in public accounting or professional services.
- Expertise: Strong background in finance, budgeting, and process improvement; experience with HR and technology integration a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change, manage complex projects, and build high-performing teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or advanced business/finance credentials preferred.
- Skills: Outstanding communicator, problem-solver, and relationship-builder who leads with integrity and vision.
